Here are the expectations that we have for all who join the App.

1. Hospitality. Each specialist treats each customer with respect and honor at any venue that they serve.

2. Integrity. Any individual who has been hired through the app has a history of approved references to demonstrate a professional work ethic.

3. Knowledgeable. If you have claimed to be a sommelier on the app, it is expected that you have a demonstrated history and specialized experience to claim it.
